At PaperPen, we are committed to providing a transparent, fair, and student-friendly process. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any payment.

1. No Refund on Application / Processing Fees

The application or processing fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
This fee is charged to support:

  • Application verification

  • Document review

  • Eligibility assessment

  • Platform maintenance & support services

Paying the fee does not guarantee a scholarship or financial aid.

2. Duplicate Payment Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • You made multiple payments by mistake, or

  • You were charged twice due to a technical error.

To request a duplicate payment refund, you must email us at:

with the following:

  • Full Name

  • Registered Email

  • Transaction ID

  • Screenshot of payment(s)

Duplicate payment refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect back to your original payment method.

3. Technical Error Refunds

If a payment fails but the amount is still deducted, your bank or payment provider (Razorpay / UPI) usually reverses the amount automatically within:

  • 3–5 business days

If the reversal does not occur within this time, please contact us with:

  • Transaction ID

  • Payment screenshot

  • Date & time of transaction

We will coordinate with the payment gateway to resolve the issue.

4. Service Not Delivered

Refunds are not applicable for the following:

  • Scholarship not received

  • Application disqualified due to incorrect or incomplete information

  • Late submission by the applicant

  • Change of mind after submitting the application

  • Misunderstanding of eligibility

PaperPen provides support & verification services, not guaranteed results.

5. Processing Time for Approved Refunds

If your refund request is approved (only in valid cases described above):

  • The refund will be initiated within 3–7 business days

  • The amount will reflect within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank

7. Agreement

By making a payment on PaperPen, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

  • The application/processing fee is non-refundable except in the conditions specified above.

PaperPen reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
All changes are effective immediately when posted.
